We are currently offering terraced houses and building plots on Site 3 of Sonnenkamp.

The terraced houses are ready-to-move-in and feature a living area of ​​158 m². The airy, bright design of the homes combines contemporary living comfort with sustainable construction methods.

The building plots are free of developer, allowing you to plan and build your detached single-family homes entirely according to your own individual preferences.

The Sonnenkamp complex is embedded in nature and features an unobstructed view of the extensive green cultivated landscape in the surrounding area. The fields, meadows and wooded areas and an extensive network of paths offer diverse opportunities for local recreation in the immediate vicinity of the complex.

Whether for sport or relaxation, the directly accessible, paved panoramic path is ideal for inline skating, Nordic walking, and strolling. Along the way, fitness trails invite you to get active, while spacious scenic viewpoints beckon you to savor the magnificent views. Local recreation spots—such as the Nordsteimker Moor, the Wolfsburg City Forest, and the historic Neuhaus Castle—offer opportunities for exploration and lingering, while the popular Allerpark, the Drömling Biosphere Reserve, and the wildlife enclosure on the Klieversberg provide options for varied excursions.

Wolfsburg’s city centre, with its wide range of shopping facilities and services, secondary schools, cultural institutions and kindergartens, as well as sports and leisure facilities, is only five kilometres away from the new housing development area. In addition to access by car or bus, the site is also conveniently reachable via the bicycle expressway, which allows for a quick commute to the city center.

One major advantage of the Sonnenkamp complex is that the local amenities are available right from the very beginning, due to the proximity of the residential area to the existing city districts with their well-established infrastructure.

The west side of the new housing development area is bordered by the L 322 (Nordsteimker Straße) and the east side by the L 290 (Zollstraße). The surrounding districts of Wolfsburg are Hehlingen, Nordsteimke and Reislingen.
